02 / Daylight time

Apply the seasonal column before comparing a timetable

For U.S. locations that observe daylight saving time, DST runs from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November. Korea does not observe DST. Hawaii does not observe U.S. DST, and Arizona includes non-observing areas, so local exceptions require separate confirmation.
